Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Contract, we will reimburse you without delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this Contract, for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). For such refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse a refund until the goods have been returned to us or until you have furnished proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you have notified us of the withdrawal from this Contract. This period will be deemed observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is attributable to handling them in an unnecessary way to check their condition, properties and functionality.
